These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mg108 ("we", "us", "our",the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atmg108.lat. By registering an account, depositing funds, or engaging in any gaming or betting activity on mg108, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, as well as ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

These Terms take effect from the moment you complete account registration and shall continue to apply for the duration of your relationship with mg108. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not register or continue using the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• Platform refers to the mg108 website, its subdomains, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all gaming and betting services offered therein.
• Account refers to the individual player account registered on the Platform, associated with a unique username, password, and verified identity.
• Player / User refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Real Money Balance refers to funds deposited by the Player using accepted payment methods, available for wagering and withdrawal in accordance with these Terms.
• Bonus Balance refers to promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, or any other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• Wagering Requirement refers to the minimum total betting amount a Player must achieve using Bonus Balance before any associated winings may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process mg108 is required to conduct on player accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests or at any other point deemed necessary by the Platform.
• Prohibited Conduct refers to actions explicitly forbidden under Section 10 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, collusion, and abuse of bonuses.
• Applicable Law refers to all laws, regulations, and licensing requirements to which mg108 and/or the Player may be subject in their respective jurisdictions.

Registration and use of mg108 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. mg108 operates a strict21+ minimum age policy without exception. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds therein handled in accordance with our underage gambling procedures.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where your participation would expose mg108 to regulatory or legal liability. You are solely responsible for verifying your own legal position.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from mg108 or any other gambling operator or regulatory scheme at the time of registration or during the period of account activity.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) mg108 Account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms.

To access Real Money gaming services on mg108, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. mg108 relies on the accuracy of information provided at registration for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

• You agree to provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number as requested during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. mg108 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify mg108 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your Account.
• mg108 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account without prior notice if we reasonably believe the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your Account under any circumstances.

mg108 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) responsibilities. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during your account's active period.

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian MyKad (both sides), passport (data page), or other government-issued photo identification acceptable to mg108.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document bearing your registered residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photo of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits, sufficient to confirm ownership.
• Source of Funds: In cases where transactions exceed certain thresholds, mg108 may request documentation evidencing the lawful source of deposited funds, consistent with AML best practice.

Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completed KYC verification will be placed on hold. mg108 will endeavour to process KYC reviews within one (1) business day of receiving all required documentation. Failure to provide required documentation within thirty (30) calendar days of request may result in Account suspension.

mg108 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players. Supported methods include, but are not limited to: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB), as well as select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account review and potential termination.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, as published on the Cashier page. mg108 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits without prior notice.
• Deposits made via e-walets and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX may take 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times, typically 5–30 minutes depending on the network and current congestion.
• mg108 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or issuing bank may impose their own fees, for which mg108 accepts no responsibility.
• All currency amounts on mg108 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) by default unless otherwise specified at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are available to verified Players who have met all applicable conditions. mg108 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly — our target processing times are under 5 minutes for e-wallet methods and under 60 minutes for the majority of requests across all supported channels.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the identity on your verified Account. mg108 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at mg108's discretion.
• If a Bonus was claimed and activated, the applicable Wagering Requirement must be fully satisfied before any portion of the associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits per transaction and per day, as published in the Cashier section. These limits may vary by Account tier (Silver, Gold, Diamond).
• mg108 reserves the right to impose additional review periods of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal amounts that trigger enhanced due diligence requirements under our AML procedures.
• Withdrawals that remain unclaimed or to which no valid payment method is linked may be returned to the Real Money Balance after a reasonable review period. mg108 will attempt to contact the Player via registered email prior to reversing any withdrawal.

mg108 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referal bonuses, VIP rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are governed by the general terms set out in this Section, supplemented by specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise. New Player Welcome Bonuses are limited to one (1) claim per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of between 20x and 50x the bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met using the Bonus Balance on eligible games within the stated expiry period.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%; live table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute between 10% and 20%; sports bets may carry specific contribution rates. Contribution rates for each game type will be published with the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winings will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winings generated with a bonus is capped at 10x the original bonus amount received.
• Abuse: mg108 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

All games and betting markets available on mg108 are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting activities on the Platform:

• All game outcomes on casino and slot games are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are final once a game round is completed and accepted by the Platform server.
• mg108 does not guarantee any minimum return on wagers placed. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not represent guaranteed returns on individual sessions.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, mg108 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's account.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and league. mg108 follows published settlement procedures for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, UFC, and all other covered competitions.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently determined to have been incorrectly priced due to system error may be voided at mg108's discretion.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before placing bets. mg108 does not accept responsibility for connection failures mid-game where the outcome is already determined by the server.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mg108 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity or payment information; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using mg108 for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any multiplayer format.
• Arbitrage and system exploitation: Using technical exploits, software vulnerabilities, or mathematical strategies specifically designed to circumvent game mechanics or Platform security systems.
• Multiple account operation: Creating or operating more than one Account per individual. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be consolidated, and bonus claims across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted programs, or any automated tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform without genuine human control, unless explicitly permitted in writing by mg108.

mg108 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that support players in managing their gaming activity. We strongly encourage all Players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment — not as a financial strategy or a mechanism for generating income.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account Settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and automatic logout timers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Requests for self-exclusion must be submitted to our support team. During self-exclusion, Players may not access the Platform and all active bonuses will be voided.
• Reality Checks: Players will receive periodic notifications displaying time spent and net session outcomes during extended play sessions.

mg108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion where there is reasonable grounds to believe a violation of these Terms has occurred, or where required by applicable law, licensing obligation, or risk management necessity.

• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion, accounts may be suspended immediately and without prior notice. The Platform will endeavour to communicate with the affected Player within 48 hours of suspension.
• Where an Account is closed due to verified breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining may be forfeited in whole or in part at mg108's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
• Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to KYC and wagering conditions) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method.
• mg108 will retain records of closed accounts as required by our licensing obligations and applicable data protection standards. Retention periods are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

All content on the mg108 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, software, text, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mg108 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of mg108.
• Third-party game content available on the Platform (including games from software providers) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own licensing arrangements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mg108, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• Gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. Players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk.
• Any legal consequences arising from your decision to access or use the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling may be restricted or prohibited.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, mg108's liability to you shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mg108 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions of their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to mg108's internal dispute resolution process.

• Internal Dispute Process: Players must first submit any formal complaint in writing to [email protected]. mg108 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the complaint within five (5) business days.
• Escalation: If the internal process does not resolve the dispute to the Player's satisfaction, the matter may be escalated to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body designated by mg108's licensing authority.
• No Class Actions: All disputes must be brought individually. Players waive any right to participate in class action proceedings against mg108 to the extent permitted by law.

mg108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, subject to the following:

• Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered Players via email to their registered address, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12.
• The date shown in the "Last Updated" banner at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
